How Our Recruitment Process Works & Our Hiring Criteria's:
ONCE YOU ARE HIRED AS A CONTRACT REFERRAL AGENT YOU HAVE THREE (3) OPTIONS WHEN WORKING WITH US:
1) You can work an internal job position (1 - 23 ) .
2) We can refer you out to other clients outside of Axis Global based on your work history and background preference that you select with us. Once you become and agent with us it will include our unlimited access to our telecommuting client referral job bank with thousand(s) of remote positions available to work from home in addition, you will be eligible to our internal job positions we are seeking to fill immediately.
3) We will allow you to do both work internal and a client referral position as long as you can maintain a great work schedule and meet our project requirements with us.
You will need to complete and follow all steps listed to complete your agent file status with us to a satisfactory level for internal or client referral position(s).
**You must have a home office setup with - telephone line (home or cell) if you are going to work a phone related position otherwise it is not required, ONLY computer and internet )
1) Please complete your initial "Who We Are and What We Do" Contractor Overview Pre-Screening with our Virtual Recruiter by telephone or you can request an online Power Point presentation here:

You are now a Certified Contract Referral Agent with us. We will now put you in direct contact with client referral position(s) and you are now eligible to work any projects that are available for immediate hire internally with us upon HR Staff Approval.
Please keep in mind that you can work with Axis Global and other referral clients at once.
We ask all agents to remain in good standings with us and our referral clients for present and future positions and to maintain a committed work schedule even though our position hours are flexible to work.

New Contract Agent Certifications to work as a referral contracting agent with us can take 5 - 7 days from the time you apply and complete our recruitment process before we can refer you out to outsourcing referral clients or work internal with us.
You will be notified via email with your agent status notification to work with us internally and you will recieve your telecommuting client referral jobsite access password to view all job openings nationwide from home.
